  1. Take two eggs in a wide bottom plate and add sugar, salt n pepper to it..
  2. Whisk the eggs so well that sugar n salt are completely dissolved in and it becomes a smooth egg mixture..
  3. Now put 1 or one and a half tbsp of oil to a frying pan n let it heat for few seconds. Now coat both the sides of the bread slices (one at a time) in the whisked eggs mixture and fry them in pan on normal flame..
  4. Note: The eggs will absorb all the oil in the pan so keep adding 1 tbsp oil when u turn the side or fry new slice,but make sure not nore than 1 tbsp oil for 1 side. Or u can just adjust the amount of oil according to ur pan,like if u r using a nonstick pan so bread will not stick to bottom n u'll need very less oil..
  5. Keep whisking the egg mixture before coating every bread n fry through same procedure. When all done,cut according to ur desired shape n enjoy! :-).
