  3. deep fry till lightly brown and crispy about 3 minute.
  4. drain and set aside.
  5. TO SERVE.
  6. put starfruits or any fruits on plate then top tofu.
  7. squeeze 1 drop of mustard on tofu then garnish with fresh herbs.
