Delicious Hainanese Chicken Rice Recipe Ingredients

  1. It's 2 pcs of whole chicken - cut into 4 pcs for each chicken.

  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

  14. You need 650 ml of chicken stock.
  15. It's 3 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil.
  16. You need 1 pc of cucumber.

How to make Hainanese Chicken Rice from scracth

  1. Put the dried Shiitake mushroom in water - leave overnight.
  2. Wash the chicken and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Sauteed the garlic with a little bit of oil, add ginger, some salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to the cooking pot.
  5. Add 1500ml boiled water to the pot, some salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Boiled for at least 2 hour to make a chicken stock with low medium fire.
  7. Slice the mushroom into small pcs also the tofu skin.
